Terms of Service

As of April 2023 this is my up-to-date commission sheet.

Read everything here before you commission me to minimize any confusion during the commission process.

You can contact me by email at luckyturtle1313@ gmail.com if you are interested or have questions.

I have the right to refuse your commission if I am uncomfortable with what you are asking of me or you disrespect me or any other reason.

Do not claim anything you commission from me as your own. You can post the art you commissioned from me anywhere you like as long as you give me credit and link back to me.

I do not offer refunds unless you ask for one before I start working on the commission.

If you would like to know how many commissions I am doing before yours just ask.

What I will draw

• Humans

• Animals

• Oc’s

• Furies/Anthro

• Simple objects

• Real people

• Pets

What I might draw (Must be discussed first)

• Injury

• Backgrounds

• Substance use (ex: alcohol, weed, cigarettes, etc.)

• Ship art

• Fandom characters I’m not familiar with (I will let you know if I don’t know the character.)

• Different art styles (This will most likely result in a price increase)

What I will NOT draw

• NSFW

• Complex/detailed backgrounds

• Extreme gore

• Fetish art

• Mechanical stuff: robots, vehicles, etc.

• Any kind of offensive content (ex: Homophobia, Pedophilia, Racism, Transphobia, etc.)

Set up for commissioning me:

• Email me at luckyturtle1313@ gmail.com that you want to commission me and the type of commission you want (ex: sketch, line-art, shading). You may contact me by D.M. or any other variant on other websites but I would prefer it if you emailed me.

• Send any kind of reference you have for the character that you want me to draw. Be as detailed as possible; reference sheet, personality, pose, background color, etc. (If you don’t give me a background color I will default to white.) You can send me a picture off of google for a pose or you can send me a stick figure you drew, any kind of reference is helpful.

• If you want the commission done in a certain amount of time you must tell me or I will finish the commission in the order I got it. Depending on how soon you want the piece done I may charge extra.

• I will confirm the price with you and then you will send me the money through PayPal (my PayPal email is luckyturtle1313@ gmail.com). I’m open to other methods of payment but you must bring this up first if you wish to pay a different way. All payments must be in USD. DO NOT send me payment before I have okayed you to do so.

• After I receive the payment I will get started on the commission.

• I will send you a progress sketch at some-point. If you don’t want a progress sketch, tell me.

• Once you receive the finished commission if you want anything changed I may charge extra. If you want something minor changed, like a different background color, I wont charge you for that. If you want me to change the entire pose, I will charge you for that.

All of the above is subject to change depending on any number of things, but I will let you know if it does.

Prices:

Bust

• Line-art: 5 USD (every added character is 4 USD)

• Flat Color: 10 USD (every added character is 8 USD)

• Shading: 15 USD (every added character is 12 USD)

Half-body

• Line-art: 15 USD (every added character is 10 USD)

• Flat color: 20 USD (every added character is 15 USD)

• Shading: 25 USD (every added character is 20 USD)

Full-body

• Line-art: 25 USD (every added character is 20 USD)

• Flat color: 30 USD (every added character is 25 USD)

• Shading: 35 USD (every added character is 30 USD)

Reference sheet

• Full-body, Flat color: 20 USD

• Full-body, Flat color + Bust: 30 USD

• If you want me to make a my little pony reference for you the cutie mark will be 4 USD, depending on complexity that price could change.

Ko-fi Commission

• Half-body colored sketch (with minor shading if requested): 2 ko-fi’s = 6 USD (every added character is 1 ko-fi = 3 USD)

My ko-fi , for the ko-fi commissions.

For one prop (cup, chair, book) I will not charge you for it, but every additional prop after that will be 1 USD.

A basic background will be 10 USD (subject to change depending on complexity)

Changing the color of the background or line art will not cost extra.

Prices subject to change depending on detail and how complex the character is.
